Security Credit Services Company Outlook: Q2

So far this year, our staff has worked hard to expand partnerships, increase efficiency and ensure compliance. After acquiring Jormandy, LLC, a receivable purchaser and collector based out of Virginia, in late 2021, we have welcomed them into the SCS family. We have also continued finetuning our collections process and finding innovative ways to use technology in our work.

Another highlight of the last few months was the annual RMAi annual conference in Las Vegas this February. Along with several other SCS team members, I had the chance to meet with other professionals and discuss the state of our industry. Our involvement with SCS, however, didn't end when we left Las Vegas. Our very own Chief Compliance Officer Brett Soldevilla began his term as Secretary of the RMAi board. Brett will not only build his leadership skills and help direct RMAi's work, but he will carry on an SCS tradition of shaping the receivables management industry.

I'm proud to report that, from my view, all of these developments set us up for success as 2022 unfolds. Our focus is growth as we seek to find new opportunities to purchase more receivables and acquire new companies. We are always looking for new businesses, banks and other institutions to partner with SCS.

I commend you all for your hard work and look forward to where SCS is headed throughout the rest of the year!

Security Credit Services is pleased to announce that our Chief Compliance Officer, Brett Soldevila, was elected as Secretary of the RMAi Board for the 2022 term. The executive positions for the RMAI Board are voted on by the RMAi Board of Directors and announced at their annual conference, which took place at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas from February 7-10th.

“I am truly honored to continue serving on the RMAI Board in a new capacity this year with the Executive Committee.” says Brett Soldevila. “Our membership has great impact on our industry’s advancement, and I remain committed to representing my peers and this organization as we address key topics that we encounter in our business.”
