Brett Soldevila, Chief Compliance Officer

Brett Soldevila joined EquiPro as Chief Compliance Officer in 2012. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, as well as the oversight of all internal and external audit-related functions. In addition to his duties with EquiPro, Brett represents Security Credit Services within the receivables management industry through his involvement with RMAI, where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2017.

Brett is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Receivables Compliance Professional. Before joining EquiPro, Brett served as an Audit Manager at ServiceMaster, a private equity-owned, global consumer and commercial services company. Before his time at ServiceMaster, he worked in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services department with Deloitte. Brett earned bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Mississippi.
